All of our fine selected Meat is from Ontario. We start with a fresh local pig that we de-bone season and stuff. Your guests will go wild for our authentic charcoal pit roasted whole Pig. We bring our mobile charcoal roaster or barbeque to your home, cottage, office or special event and our chefs roast your whole Pig slow and easy over hardwood charcoal until the pig is golden crisp on the outside and tender inside.

Rotisserie Beef
Try our Ontario Beef slow roasted in the great outdoors over hot coals for maximum flavour.

Pork Loin
Our succulent barbeque glazed Pork loins are beautifully caramelized on the outside cooked onsite for incredible flavour and freshness.
